By saving birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other key milestones, users receive timely nudges paired with curated experience ideas via email, making gifting easier, more thoughtful, and stress-free.

The Challenge

Customers often buy from Virgin Experience Days only around key events, leaving gifts to the last minute. This creates stress for the customer and missed opportunities for repeat purchases.
